Balloon Payment

This is the final end payment you have to pay to own the car at the end of the agreement. You also have the choice to sell the vehicle to settle the outstanding Balloon payment on a lease purchase agreement. If there is a shortfall on this, then you have to make up the difference, likewise if there is an amount over after the finance has been settled, then you get to keep this amount
